How Much is Postage / Shipping?
Postage and Shipping is weight and location based, We give you an indication of shipping in the product page, but as we at this stage do not know your location, we can not be exact. Exact costs is calculated on the full order in the checkout before payment, add your items to the shopping cart and proceed to checkout when you are ready
How do you Ship?
We use Australia Post to ship our items Internationally, Within Australia we normally use Fastway Couriers or Australia Post, depending upon the location
Outside Australia?
We use Australia Post to ship our items Internationally, Customers living outside Australia are responsible for paying all applicable tariffs and taxes
Where do you Ship from?
All orders are shipped from Brisbane, Queensland
How long does Shipping Take?
If the item is in stock when purchased, shipping within Australia can generally take 2 - 7 days depending upon your location. International Shipping can take 5-10 days if shipping via Air Courier (EMS, ECI, Express Post) or generally 10-30 days via Air Parcel Post. The location, and time of the year are factors in determining shipping
How do i track my Order?
All ECI, EMS Shipping is trackable via here, Registered Post items are trackable via Australia Post, Fastway items are trackable via Fastway Couriers
Returns?
To make a return, firstly raise a return note by going to our contact page, then return the item to the address on the invoice supplied, return shipping, and replacement shipping is the responsibliity of the sender. Goods must be recieved in our store in a salable condition for a refund to be issued. Special manufactured items are non refundable. A restocking fee may apply.
