Changes in demand for delivery due to the coronavirus COVID-19 mean that some delivery services are delayed. Australia Post eParcel, Australia Post is experiencing high network demand within its Brisbane Parcel Facility, for eParcel and is exploring all available transport alternatives and options, and working with the Australian Government, to minimise resulting impacts for customers.
Sheepskin Delivery’s Australia Wide.
Our Sheepskin delivery estimates via Australia Post need to factor in current delays for delivery with the following exceptions;
- Delivery times Australia wide may increase by up to 2 days beyond our estimates
- Delivery times for North Queensland may increase by up to 4 days beyond our estimates
- If in Doubt Please check our delivery estimate carefully before purchase.
We are investigating and using alternative services – Couriers Please and Fastway, however, these services are also experiencing some localised delays and have an 8 am pick up time for next day local delivery. Their networks are not as extensive or use Australia Post as a delivery partner.
International Sheepskin Delivery’s
We have not been advised of any significant delays with shipping sheepskin internationally – other than there are fewer planes flying at the moment.
